2016 - 2017: CT Group developed a strategic plan for the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sector and began conducting research on UAVs.
2018: CT Group officially established a company specializing in UAV research and manufacturing (the predecessor of CT UAV).
2020: CT Group partnered with the largestAgricultural UAV company in Vietnam to nurture the dream of Vietnamese science.
2021: CT Group, together with the largest agricultural UAV company in Vietnam at that time, officially established Dr One Company.
- CT Group shifted its focus to the research of military and industrial UAVs, while choosing the Middle Eastern market as the starting point and forming a partnership with another Vietnamese company.
- CT Group established CT Air UAV. Later, the company rebranded and redefined its identity under the new name CT UAV.
- CT UAV signed an MoU with SkyDrive, Japan’s leading eVTOL aircraft manufacturer headquartered in Toyota City.
Developing the Low Altitude Economy (L.A.E) doctrine and establishing R&D hubs and pilot manufacturing plants.
CT UAV is entering a breakthrough growth phase with strategic objectives
- Establishing a UAV Headquarters Complex of up to 400 hectares, including the supply chain and a large-scale UAV manufacturing plant, airport, and a training academy with the aim of achieving large-scale industrialization.
- CT UAV signed an export order for 5,000 UAVs to South Korea, marking a breakthrough for “Made by Vietnam” UAVs in global markets.
- CT UAV partnered with the Government of Indonesia to drive technology transfer and expand the UAV ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
