This afternoon, CT Group held a working session with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UTH) to discuss cooperation in training high-quality human resources for the UAV and Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) sectors. Amid CT Group’s accelerated investment in its strategic UAV and LAE technology ecosystem, there is an urgent need for a workforce that not only possesses strong technological expertise but also a business mindset, implementation skills and solution development capabilities.

During the meeting, both sides focused on the training program “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems and Management – Unmanned Equipment Technology”, designed to train UAV engineers and technology solution business graduates, a workforce capable of bridging technology, operations and the market.

In the spirit of supporting the university, CT Group proposed direct involvement in finalizing the training curriculum, ensuring practicality, implementability and alignment with the human resource needs of CT Group’s high-tech projects in the coming phase; thereby contributing to the development of a high-tech human resource ecosystem and supporting the national strategy for developing key cutting-edge technology industries.
